The apartment has one bedroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area.
This is the ideal accommodation for a single person, a couple, or two people. For students, it offers the comfort of a residence hall with a single or double room, but with a private bathroom and the experience of living in your own apartment in Madrid. The layout includes a double bed or two single beds, guaranteeing a comfortable stay for one or two guests. Located on the fourth and top floor of the building, without an elevator, it receives plenty of natural light. It has a private bathroom with a shower. The building and neighborhood are quiet and safe, and it is close to one of the city’s main areas for restaurants and bars.

Security Deposits
- Seasonal: Studies, work, participation in sporting events, medical treatment, family visits, attendance at trade fairs or business meetings, search for permanent accommodation, exploration of potential schools or workplaces…

- The purpose of the trip will be specified in the contract, and justification for it must be provided in accordance with current law.
- Offers in specific dates (like August)
- Suplements en specific dates (like end of year, specifec events, December holidays…)
- Water and electricity: included with a maximum consumption of €100 per month, except in contracts of 10-11 months which will be entirely at the tenant’s expense
- Non-payment/occupancy insurance: there is non-payment/occupancy insurance (it is an essential condition), which is the responsibility of the owner.
- For certain invoices to companies, it may be necessary to add 21% VAT to the rental price (please ask us).
- There are no other types of charges or additional costs
