- 10-11 months: 1 month of Guarantee and another month of Security Deposit
- Non-payment/occupancy insurance: there is non-payment/occupancy insurance (it is an essential condition), which is the responsibility of the owner.
- For certain invoices to companies, it may be necessary to add 21% VAT to the rental price (please ask us).
- There are no other types of charges or additional costs.
