The experience
Upon arrival at our establishment, guests are welcomed by our team and presented with a carefully prepared Spanish cheese tasting menu. The experience is accompanied by an explanation in Spanish or English, designed to help discover each nuance and characteristic of the selected cheeses.
The aim of this tasting is to learn how to distinguish the flavors and textures of cheeses produced in Spain, differentiating between sheep, goat, and cow varieties.
This experience is designed for a minimum of two people, lasts approximately 30 minutes, and is perfect for both enjoying and learning at the same time.
The menu includes per person:
- Cured sheep’s cheese with rosemary (Albacete)
- Goat’s cheese log (rulo de cabra, Cáceres)
- Cow’s blue cheese (Principality of Asturias)
- 1 drink of choice: cava, beer, wine, soft drink, water, or coffee/tea
- 1 gourmet jam pairing for the cheeses
- Artisan bread and picos (traditional breadsticks)
- Coffee / tea
