Located on the top floor of the building, with an elevator and only one flight of nine steps, the apartment enjoys excellent natural light. Both the building and the area are quiet and safe.

- Utilities (water and electricity): Included, with a maximum of €100 per month, except for 10-11 month contracts, where these will be entirely the tenant’s responsibility.
- Security Deposits (refundable if there is no damage or other issues as per the contract):

- 3-9 months: 1 month’s security deposit
- 10-11 months: 1 month’s security deposit and 1 month’s guarantee deposit
- Rent default/occupancy insurance: Rent default/occupancy insurance is required (it is a mandatory condition) and is the responsibility of the landlord.
- For certain rentals to businesses, 21% VAT may be added to the price (please inquire).
