Advice and assistance
We’ll advise you on your trip and assist you upon arrival in Madrid. This includes 24/7 assistance during your stay in the city.
Includes:
- Pre-arrival advice in Madrid covering all aspects of your trip
- Assistance on arrival day (airport, transfers, and accommodation)
- 24/7 support and assistance throughout your stay in the city
- Assistance at check-out and at the airport on departure day
Price: From €50 per person (minimum €500 per group. For stays of up to 6 nights)

- Accommodation during your stay, with the meal plan and services selected

Price: From €270 per person (For a group in low season for 4 nights, and a minimum of 10 people)
