The website offers:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Public content:<\/strong> accessible to all visitors without registration.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Exclusive subscriber content:<\/strong> accessible only to users with an active subscription.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Assistance services:<\/strong> individual services purchased through a one-time payment on the website. These include, among others:<\/p><ul><li><p>Advice and assistance with accommodation searches.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Assistance with administrative procedures (municipal registration, NIE, bank account opening and similar matters).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Personal accompaniment and guided tours of the city.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>The detailed description, scope and price of each service are provided on the relevant page of the website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the already-paid monthly billing period.
